I'm Rome.

I ship React + Laravel systems that run in production.

Every city needs a stage

Rome, 80 AD: fifty thousand people in the Colosseum, one show at a time. Duels, hunts, executions, sea battles in a flooded arena, Icarus on a rope. Step back and the stage becomes a city of a million people; two thousand years later, Rome today, with one window still lit.

Review Nest

The reviewer I co-founded. The arena's a ruin, and people still train to be judged: Review Nest is an EdTech SaaS for exam reviewers, grown from a Google Drive reviewer into a production platform. A Laravel 12 API and a React 19 app: practice tests, study kits, multi-package access, passwordless sign-in, and private study materials streamed to the reader. Shipped, live, and still being built at reviewnest.me.

Enterprise Workflow System

At MEC Networks Philippines: statements of work and quotations that once took Excel, email, and two to three days, priced and sent to partners in hours. A pricing engine over hundreds of business parameters, forecasting, SLA generation, and a five-role approval flow.

BEATS

Employee benefits at MEC: ten benefits, ten sets of rules. Eligibility is settled before a request exists, and every claim moves through one queue from HR to the VP to payroll.
